Cash on Delivery (COD)

Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and opening process. Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.
No Refund Policy
As we follow a strict no return policy for hygiene reasons, refunds are not offered once products are delivered.
In approved cases of damage or incorrect shipment, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund.
