6. Hygiene Policy (Innerwear)

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear products are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been worn, washed, tried on without proper protection, damaged, or are not in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene standards.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

7. Promotional Codes & Offers

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the following conditions:
